Brooke Kaneshiro Peters is an accomplished mortgage banking leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving operations, market expansion, and sales growth across Hawaii. Currently, she serves as the Vice President and Sales Manager for Mortgage Hawaii.  Prior to joining this Hawaii based company, she has held the role of Branch Manager and Market Leader, building on a distinguished executive career and established a proven track record of operational excellence and elite sales production.  

Brooke currently serves as a Board Member for the (PAAHI), a position held for the past three years. Her past leadership includes serving on the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii (MBAH) and as Event Co-Chair for the Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of Punahou School.

Outside of her professional commitments, Brooke prioritizes family time, frequently spending weekends at the pool supporting her son's swim practices and competitions. An avid traveler and food enthusiast, she also loves exploring new destinations and cuisines.
